During the encounter in Beregost with the Red Wizards, Neera is scripted to back off from combat, then cast spells. If she goes too far, she loses sight of the Red Wizard party and triggers her post-encounter dialog. See attached screenshot. Note that the combat is still going on, the second Thayvian wizard is visible in the lower right corner.

I have attached a save game. Trigger Neera's dialog, then when combat begins, let her script take her away from the combat. When she is out of sight, her dialog will trigger. She might need to wander a bit to get out of Detect() range.

EDIT: Pretty sure it is WTRUNSGT.BCS that's making her run. She sees an enemy and runs away. Then, when she's far enough away that she can't detect the Red Wizards, she fires the dialog.
