Description

When attempting to create or join a multiplayer server, I receive a connection error. "Error: Could Not Translate Address." This is an intermittent issue, but it usually occurs 2-4 times for each successful login. I attempt to connect, receive the error, try again a few times and eventually it lets me in.

For me, this issue is new in 8176. Others on my server report that it occurred for them in previous versions.

This occurs both for joining servers off the master server list, and for creating my own servers in the multiplayer window.

This works half of the time with 8176, while it never failed with 8166:

cd /d "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Neverwinter Nights\bin\win32"
start nwmain +connect 192.168.1.42:5121 +password xxxxxx -dmc

On the other hand, this never works with 8176 while it never failed with 8166:

cd /d "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Neverwinter Nights\bin\win32"
start nwmain +connect 192.168.1.42:5121

Connection Error: Cannot translate address.

192.168.1.42 is the address of my local linux server, to which anyone can connect fine without using a batch file.
