1. Load an attached BG:EE save (126.96.36.199 beta.
2. Try to move camera up and down, left and right.
Camera movement while you're not outside is limited.
Camera movement while you're not outside shouldn't be limited.
Internal report #36710
See the first screenshot - it shows how it was possible to move the camera up before 188.8.131.52 (in 2.5.10, 2.3, etc). The second screenshot shows the maximum it's allowed to move the camera up in 184.108.40.206. This makes it very uncomfortable, as the current limitations (especially if the Quick Loot is on) mitigate what is shown on the screen.
Attaching also the baldur.lua file - but it shouldn't matter, as if I load the same save in 2.5.10 and 220.127.116.11, it provides different results.

An additional related bug:
After you open the Inventory and then close it, the camera won't stay where you left it, but will center itself. The best way to repro would be to go to the Red Sheaf Inn, then after the dialoge with Karlat move the camera top bottom, open your Inventory, and close it - the camera will again be centered on Karlat, not the position you were at before opening the Inventory.
