Timer scripts should work correctly regardless of elapsed game time

Description

1. Load the attached save
2. Talk to Gaoha and select reply options 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1
3. Talk to Gaoha again and note that he refuses to play again
4. Reload the attached save
5. C:Eval('AdvanceTime(ONE_DAY)')
6. Talk to Gaoha and select reply options 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1
7. Talk to Gaoha again and note that he allows you to play the game again

Observed
You can immediately play another game with Gaoha.

Expected
Gaoha should refuse to play with you for about 15 hours (game time).

Notes
Timer checks appear to stop working correctly when the game timer exceeds a certain threshold.
