[Multiplayer] Selected Client-controlled characters shouldn't teleport in Gullykin when host-controlled characters go out of the buildings

1. Load an attached BG:EE save in MP.
2. Assign the 2nd and the 3rd characters (a Shaman and a C/M) to the Client.
3. As the Client, select both characters
4. As the Host, requests characters to go out of the building
Selected Client-controlled characters teleport somewhere to the center of the area.

The ones to teleport are only selected characters. If the Client selects only one character, this one character will be teleported. I think this bug also happened in MP in previous versions of the game, and it's Gullykin-specific (at least, I haven't seen anything similar in other places).
