Diggers in archaeological site should not have their dialogues exhausted

1. Load the attached save (diggersbefore.zip).
2. Talk to any of the diggers around exactly 5 times.
3. Click the digger 6th time, notice no dialogue.
Diggers stop responding.
Diggers' dialogue should be randomized and looped, similar how to regular Commoners' dialogue.
It is possible to deplete the dialogues for all the diggers around, see the attached diggersafter.zip save. Luckily, it causes no severe side effects as this event continue normally and can be finished.
