1. Go to lang/fr_FR directory
There are only dialog.tlk and dialogF.tlk files.
There should be a directory "data" containing LocCha.bif, LocCre.bif, LocMP.bif, LocNPC.bif, LocSFX.bif and LocTut.bif files, and a directory "sounds" containing female1, female2, female3, male1, male2 and male3 soundsets.
I created those files back in october 2013 (http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/21735/feedback-on-hardware-related-behaviour-and-on-translation-and-overall-issues-or-positive-aspects/p1) and offered them to Beamdog by mail. I never received any feedback from the translation coordinator, to whom Dee forwarded my mail.
After a while I made them available to French players : https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/23146/voix-francaises-pour-bgee-v1-2-et-v1-3/p1
In addition to data and sounds, I also included four files uses in the game but not included in the set of bif files : CADER03.WAV, ERROR01.WAV ("Gather your party..."), ERROR10.WAV, SWENC04.WAV. I put them in a directory called "movies" as this was recognized by the game as an override while putting them in "sounds" would cause them to appear as soundsets.
All the files have been converted to ogg and I checked them as well on Android.
Here is direct link to download the files : http://www.baldursgateworld.fr/filesmods/ModsEE/BGEEv1.2_Audio_VF+complementVO.zip
The files linked are only for BGEE.
Note regarding Siege of Dragonspear : I noticed the content of some English bif files have changed in SOD compared to BGEE (1.2, 1.3, 2.0).
LocCha.bif: EDWIN43.WAV removed at position 0x303, everything shifted by one position, and YESLK41.WAV added at 0x854.
LocSFX.bif: all AMB* sounds removed
Should I provide another set of files or will you rebuild them?
Internal report #22670.

Confirmed working fine in V220.127.116.11. Thank you.
However, CADER03.WAV, ERROR01.WAV ("Gather your party..."), ERROR10.WAV, SWENC04.WAV ("...sit wherever you wish", Nessie in the Friendly Arm) are not included in the override directory, as ERROR01.WAV and ERROR10.WAV are, in German. Hence those sounds are still in English. Not a big deal though.
