[Windows 7; 1920x1080] Wilderness area borders should not extend halfway into the screen

Description

1. Load the attached save
2. Notice that black border extends halfway into the screen
3. Travel to the next area (Coast Way)
4. As you enter the area, the black border here also extends halfway into the screen

Observed
Wilderness areas that have world map transitions at their edges have a very large black border that can extend halfway into the screen

Expected
Wilderness areas that have world map transitions at their edges should only have a small black border that indicates that the transitions are there, as seen in v1.3.
